The Écuries de la Tour are located in a superb farmhouse dating back to the French Revolution! You will discover the charm of an authentic Toulouse building: bricks, chimney, superb framework... The setting is more than pleasant. About fifteen comfortable rooms. On the piano side, Jérôme de Stéfani prepares a gourmet cuisine with accents of the South-West, favoring fresh products. Formulas and menus vary according to the seasons. Ideal for a stopover of a few days in a green setting of two hectares with swimming pool at the gates of Toulouse.

Très bonne cuisine
Ils ont adapté les ingrédients car nous n’aimions pas l’un d’entre eux.
Service très agréable et à l’écoute.

La cuisine est très en dessous de la réputation de bon restaurant , entrée correcte, plat principal très moyen , dessert insipide bref rien qui donne envie de revenir

La déco est très belle si on aime l'authenticité. Le moment était bien agréable. Le repas était bon sauf la confiture d'oignon aux clous de girofle. C'est très copieux (repas 4 plats à 51€)
