It's not for nothing that a map of the world adorns the back of our menus. François Szpala's spice-flavored cuisine takes us to the 4 corners of the globe. From the restaurant's enchanting dining room, fly to Lebanon with chickpea hummus, smoked chili and roasted hazelnuts; to Vietnam with pho veal soup, rice noodles and ginger broth; to Australia with a surprising Tasmanian pepper sorbet.
