On the slopes of the Lauragais, this inn has been a sure value of local gastronomy for half a century. Brick arches, large bay windows and a fireplace: a rustic-chic atmosphere. On sunny days, a pretty terrace awaits you. On the menu, duck of course: foie gras semi-cooked with Sauternes, sliced duck breast with honey-ginger sauce... Or : black pudding with Espelette pepper, cuttlefish cassolette from Sète... Creative and generous plates, friendly atmosphere and... the cassoulet can even be taken away!
