Jean-Michel Loessel and his team offer a tasty and generous gastronomic cuisine that combines local traditions and specialities from elsewhere. Master restaurateur, Chef Loessel has been making dishes of character since 1997 and offers you a gourmet break by creating a marriage of subtle flavours: foie gras logs marbled with smoked eels, red beets, monkfish crackers, barigoule artichokes and meat juice, duck breasts glazed with honey, almond and fig griesknepfles and many other delicacies.... For dessert, we will enjoy one of the sweets on offer and to accompany all this, the local wines are very tempting.
