It is a know-how that dates back to 1925. Located in the heart of the village, the Hirsch family's house produces and markets its foies gras. Resulting from their own production, their poultry are fed with quality products. The establishment also offers a home-made production of rillettes, fresh or smoked duck and goose products, stuffed quails, duck breasts stuffed with foie gras... A selection of Alsatian wines, jams and preserves complete the range. Baskets with fillings are made on request.
