Claudine Botté created Gourmie's after discovering Raw Food: fresh or dehydrated food that is enjoyed at the peak of its maturity and vitality. At Gourmie's, therefore, we manufacture dehydrated organic bars, gluten-free and dairy products and without sugars added from dried fruits and natural flavours (cocoa, vanilla, spices, orange flower…): lemon and almonds bars, raw cocoa and hazelnuts, coconut and vanilla nuts, sesame and orange flower water… You can buy them directly online on the site of the Gourmies Shop!
