Mill whose internal mechanism is faithful to the know-how of the time

Once upon a time... a landowner, at war with the miller, had a granary built right in front of the mill, to cut off the prevailing winds. To compensate for the loss of motive power, the miller had the idea of adding two wings to the existing four! The mill of Nailloux is inspired by this history. If its structure has taken some liberties, the interior mechanism is faithful to the know-how of the time. The visit reveals the secrets of flour and even the youngest can follow a workshop to make bread!

Un bon moment de partage en famille et en groupe. Un super guide accueillant, souriant, pédagogue, qui nous a partagé son savoir. Si, vous souhaitez découvrir un morceau d'histoire du Lauragais, venez les yeux fermés. Le petit plus, le paton de pain tout chaud.

Nous avons passé une après midi agréable, n'ayant moins j'aurais préférer que l'intérieur soit moins industriel. trop de béton brut apparent.
