We've fallen in love with this independent brewery which, by focusing exclusively on natural and minimally processed products, takes beer to the top. Rémy is a true enthusiast. His range of stylish beers includes 4: a light, bottom-fermented blonde, a Belgian-style white with a hint of coriander and orange peel, an American IPA with citrus and passion fruit flavors, and a slightly peaty black with coffee and cocoa aromas. New products are released regularly. Boutique and bar with aperitif concerts.
