Le Carroussel is a beautiful address, just the way we like it! Not very visible if you don't know it, as it's on the road to Quint. But once you've found it, you're in for a real treat. A quality menu, impeccable service and a very mixed clientele. A bistronomic restaurant just the way we like it. Two beautiful rooms with a decor inspired by nature, sober and contemporary, colored just right in a soothing green, fireplace for gray days, beautiful terrace for summer evenings. It's all about the food, and we love it! Chickpea soup, curry cream, Effiloché of duck confit with dried fruit, Niçoise ratatouille, cumin seed jus.

Menu déjeuner en semaine à 21 € pour 3 plats : 2 entrées au choix, 1 viande ou 1 poisson, plusieurs desserts au choix dont 1 gâteau. Tout était bien cuisiné.
Le service est souriant et sans longueur.
