À notre arrivée la chaudière était en panne. La jeune fille à l'accueil n'a pas été honnête et ne nous en a pas informé. Donc pas de chauffage ni d'eau chaude avant 22h... Et j'étais dans une chambre avec la fenêtre percée. Un salarié m'a apporté un autre chauffage mais je vous déconseille cet hôtel. Je n'y retournerai plus.

Agréablement surpris et surtout l'accueil, très chaleureux et à l'écoute, un grand merci au personnel de l'hôtel; chambres spacieuses, propres, calmes et prix très compétitif; pour moi, l'emplacement est idéal pour le chantier : réalisation de la ligne de tram.
