We fell in love with this medieval village where Pauline and Matthias opened their restaurant, offering inventive cuisine. Homemade Ciabatta with white asparagus, black lemon gel, herb mayonnaise, black garlic aioli, soft-smoked quail egg. Shoulder of lamb cooked 7 hours, pan-fried carrots and mushrooms, mashed potatoes with kalamata olive, Parmesan crudités and lamb jus. Strawberry Pavlova, coconut chantilly and homemade meringue, strawberry sorbet. The titles speak for themselves. With a very attractive wine list.
