Dîner du 10/11/2022 : réservation conseillée et donc effectuée, nous sommes chaleureusement accueillis par la Chef de Rang, Elisabeth, dont la bienveillance, le sourire et la compétence sont à souligner. Plusieurs salles facilitent ambiance, bien-être et discrétion.Pas de carte, mais un menu ' Entrée, Plat, Dessert ' à 19€uros : époustouflant de qualité, de saveurs, de présentation des assiettes. Un vrai plaisir des papilles qui nous fait renouveler nos félicitations à la famille Aymès et donc à sa Chef. La carte des Vins privilégie l'Occitanie mais pas que, et sa composition confirme les compétences. Bravo à la Chef et à toute sa brigade. Excellent !
