For more than 10 centuries, the farmers of Revel have been setting up their stalls in the beautiful Revel market hall to sell their local products directly: charcuterie, fruit and vegetables, meat from the Lauragais farms... There are nearly 300 of them! And in the great tradition of the southwest, from November to March, the market becomes "fat".
