Installed in Revel since 2018, this craft brewery guarantees an organic, local and seasonal production. On the program, a range of a dozen small foams as qualitative as creative. Blonde for the Revéloise, White with thyme or sage that smells good in the summer evenings, Red with juniper to travel to Finland, Black with roasted malts with coffee accents, without forgetting the Christmas beer flavored with forest honey and orange peel or La Breguette 27 with fresh mint from Sorèze.
