It was in 1970 that the adventure began for Soy. Bernard Storup was just a young French student on holiday in the United States. It was during this trip that he discovered tofu for the first time, during a lemon pie tasting. Later, the range was expanded to include vegetable alternatives to animal proteins by seasoning tofu with other ingredients and spices. In 1999, the company took a stand against the use of GMOs and created the first GMO-free organic soya chain in Europe. A brand that is now being developed.
