Do you like dried fruit? For a taste of organically grown or converted almonds, walnuts, pecans and hazelnuts, visit the Tesson family farm. "100% French, 200% Lot-et-Garonne, 300% local": the store's slogan is self-explanatory. Many by-products are on sale: almond oil or puree, almond praline spread, chocolate hazelnuts, honeys, prunes, roasted coffees and even home-grown Sichuan pepper. We recommend the "Cailloux de la Garonne", hazelnuts in the "chouchous" style.
