A fine restaurant to discover in the lower town of Saint-Bertrand-de-Comminges. It's certainly less touristy than the upper town, but well worth the detour on the way to Valcabrère. Superb view of the cathedral's chevet, small square shaded by plane trees, small stream and semi-gastro restaurant. The cuisine here is not only refined, but copious and varied. The menu is revisited according to the mood of Camille and Nathalie, the owners.
