Authentique demeure historique, au pied de la cathédrale
Idéalement situé, l'hôtel propose des chambres simples mais aux salles de bains entièrement rénovées suite à l'arrivée des nouveaux propriétaires.
La cuisine est assurément maison, à partir de plats de saison et de denrées d'origine locale (en entrée, par ex, une soupe à l'ail lors de notre passage).
