The homemade cuisine creatively revisits the classics of the bistro: tenderness of beef with small vegetables, parmentier of duck from the South-West, filet de bar.... Depending on the mood of the master of the oven, the dish of the day can take on more exotic flavours: Texas-style spare ribs, curry-coconut chicken, gourmet lasagna...
