At the entrance of St-Gaudens, Valentine side. An inn as we don't see many anymore and that we are pleased to find. Large tables, a rustic room, exposed beams, a fireplace, with wood-fired grills on the menu. The stable is rustic and country. A traditional house with the appearance of a family pension without fuss. The cuisine is family-style, simple and regional, always faithful to the classic dishes. And the bill is not too high for a good and generous meal because you eat to your heart's content. Authentic setting and warm atmosphere.

Sinon cuisine assez bonne
Si vous voulez manger de la vraie bonne viande vous êtes à la bonne adresse
Par contre, il ne faut pas être pressé, l'étable à tellement de succès que le service est très long
