In Saint Orens, at the gates of the pink city, insects are produced for consumption! Micronutris is high in minerals, rich in minerals, protein and omegas 3, and sugar-poor. In particular, the company grows tones and grumbles, fed with good carrots and courgettes without pesticides. These two species, easy to raise without breaking the environment, lend themselves to many culinary preparations.
