LA COMMANDERIE
Building with terrace offering a cuisine with local products, seasonal house specialties and meats.
Jean-Pierre Crouzet and Christine Copin are delighted to welcome you in a sumptuous building. The framework is impressive. The main room has antique brick walls, a monumental fireplace about 3 metres and a decoration and lighting where warm shades flourish. In fine days, meals can be served on the terrace with views of the 4 000 m 2 wooded park and the swimming pool. The cuisine is characterised by a great deal of originality, giving a great place to local products and respecting the cycle of seasons. One of the home's specialities, which changes as a result of the seasons, is the St. Jacques's nuts in Java pepper céviche, and its fresh seaweed mound, one consumed in foie gras, gizzards candied, a chartreuse of blue lobster with green cabbage, in entry. You will continue with a mille beef leaf painted to Floc of Gascony, crostini from duck duck to salt, a net of Saint Pierre to chanterelles butter, ceps of ceps and shells, ris calf braised, iodine foam, potimarron de and oysters… The wine list is highly respectable and has a beautiful share of the wines of the Great South.
