Le restaurant est sympa et la cuisine inventive. Il est dommage que le service ne soit pas à la hauteur du cadre et de la cuisine. Le serveur se permet des blagues pas très fines et la qualité du service laisse franchement à désirer.
Malgré une ambiance agréable et une cuisine à la hauteur, nous ne reviendrons pas, dommage.

Avis mitigé. L'excellence voisine avec des surprises inhabituelles à ce niveau de prix. Les menus annoncés sur le site web ne correspondent pas à la réalité (explications confuses du serveur). Si vous choisissez par exemple le foie gras, vous devez obligatoirement prendre le menu à 95 euros (nous sommes pourtant dans le Comminges). Sinon c'est 55 ou 75 €. Quand je compare avec les tarifs des restaurants étoilés (ce qui n'est pas le cas du restaurant du Barry) à Toulouse ou sa banlieue je suis un peu surpris. La maîtresse d'hôtel, Manon je crois, est très bien. PS. La chambres (180 euros) était magnifique mais le balcon rouillé (la 124 je crois). Le petit déjeuner à 19 euros décevant. Nous étions deux dans la salle.
