une porte fenêtre installée en 2014 qui ferme mal (un comble pour un matériel sensé isoler !), je contacte aujourd'hui Varialu, on me répond que le déplacement est à 60€ rien que pour un diagnostique !!! Voilà toute la qualité de cette entreprise, elle vous pose du matériel de mauvaise qualité, qui n'a aucune tenue dans la durée et en plus elle ne se sent absolument pas responsable quand les clients font appel à elle. J'aurai du m'en douter car nous avions déjà fait travailler cette entreprise il y a 10 ans pour changer 3 autres portes-fenêtres, aujourd'hui celles-ci ne s'ouvrent même plus. On a fait confiance à la commerciale et à cette entreprise, voilà notre faute....
