A mainstay in the Saint-Georges district offering southwestern cuisine and a house specialty.
Émile has been a pillar of the Saint-Georges district since 1947, the meeting place for fine gourmets in the pink city who love local flavours. Émile offers a cuisine that smells of the South-West, with the house speciality of cassoulet with duck confit. But don't let this classic mislead you: Émile is first and foremost a gastronomic table much appreciated for the delicacy of its plates, which are a tribute to French tradition. Foie-gras, oysters, langoustine ravioli, grilled sole, sweetbreads... Save a place for dessert!

Wow oh wow! We booked last minute and got the last table which they said wasn’t their best one. It was still by the window upstairs and we had absolutely no problems with it. From the moment we arrived the service was so welcoming, friendly and efficient. Our meal was superb, perfectly balanced and has left us wanting to go back for more. My partner had the langoustine ravioli followed by the turbot, both pronounced excellent - as was my foie gras followed by the duck breast with honey, sublime. We ended with sharing the chocolate pudding and blood orange sorbet. Highly recommended, they were extremely busy but we didn’t feel the service or food suffered.
Réservation recommandée.

Original recipe of a Cassoulet. The birth place . Nice cozy place with two floors. First come, first served. Friendly service. Definitely to try when going to St Lourdes.
