Address with terrace offering the taste of the soil, a menu of meats and homemade pate.

Born in Toulouse in 1995, J'Go is a partnership between a restaurant and independent farmers, serving healthy, Gascony-style, sustainable and gourmet cuisine. The establishment prepares everything in-house, from nibbles to dessert. Over the years, the taste for local produce has been maintained and the menu has expanded: from leg of lamb, which has been featured from the outset, to pastifret (homemade pâté), foie gras and other "gasconneries! The place benefits from the liveliness of the nearby Victor Hugo market, and you can sit out on the terrace!

Very limited menu: the choice is limited only 2 or 4 set menu.
The dishes are not extraordinary (brasserie) at very high prices.

The wine list is very limited (there is not even vintage Bordeaux). Moreover the choice is limited: either you have the choice of some producers with glass otherwise you have to buy a bottle to see the magnum.

The short waiters in all senses a bit like a large parisian brasserie and sound environment is very noisy.

I thought of spending time or I will have been enjoyed a time of culinary stay:
- Once at the restaurant at 20:00, the bill at the end of a from €50 arrival amount is barely 40 minutes later.
You can eat it there is for sure: meat. Service a little disappointing and some tables are perhaps fairly well located (on the passage). Stopover quieter than the ground floor wall-to-wall.
A large disappointment for this place. Everyone speaks about it, but finally it does nothing exceptional. The only thing that I remembered, is its excessively high price.
