O BISTRÔ
This restaurant offers local cuisine, cheese and/or charcuterie dishes and regional specialities.
It's a very small address with a double face as the Toulousains like them so much: you can buy cheeses and salted meats here to treat yourself at home, but you can especially have lunch on the spot, at the table in front of a chequered tablecloth. On the program, a simple and generous cuisine, which invites you to savour the best of what the terroir has to offer. Plates of cheese and/or charcuterie of course, but also regional specialities, country salads or toasted sandwiches. Can you smell the irresistible scent of the morbier that melts over the country ham? What a great idea for a gourmet break during a stroll in the city centre!
