Restaurant whose menu offers specialties of the Southwest, welcoming without fuss and warmly in Toulouse.
According to Prosper Montagné, chef and journalist of the last century and author of the Larousse gastronomique, cassoulet is the God of Occitan cuisine, a God with three heads: Castelnaudary the Father, Carcassonne the Son, Toulouse, the Holy Spirit, Cassoulets be they! He was a native of Carcassone, so was he objective? We ourselves being natives of Toulouse, are we objective to invite you absolutely to sit down to one of the three restaurants of the sign? The one in Toulouse welcomes you without fuss and warmth and gives you access to the authentic recipe in the strictest sense of the word. The menu offers other specialties of the South West, the essential is said.
