Located on a quiet street in the Chalets district, L'Os à Moelle offers a simple, well-kept setting, dressed in fairground brick. The restaurant's cuisine is authentic and convivial, in the pure spirit of the South-West. At lunchtime, the chef prepares a discovery menu and a market menu. In the evening, the menu offers more sophisticated dishes, but always in the Occitan tradition: roasted cabécous, slate of Serrano, sweetbreads, braised lamb mice and of course... marrow bones au gratin! This address is very popular with Toulousans who work nearby, for its lunchtime menu at a very smart price, so plan ahead: make a reservation!

Le service était parfait, des serveurs au petit soin, là-dessus : rien à dire!
En revanche, nous trouvons que le rapport qualité/prix n'est pas top... Nous avons bien mangé, mais ce n'était pas exceptionnel non plus. Les légumes en accompagnement sont une bonne idée mais encore faut-il qu'ils soient de saison, et ce n'était pas le cas de tous.
Enfin, le café gourmand à 10€ ne les vaut pas selon nous.
