Creperie offering crepes and galettes prepared with quality products in the Rue des Lois.
Le Galuchat, located rue des Lois, in the historic district of the University of Toulouse, was once occupied by a binding workshop. Today it is a very popular creperie for students (but not only), to enjoy at lunchtime or during the afternoon snack break. Philippe Cheymol, the house's master pancake maker, wanted to preserve the soul of the place by giving it the name of the fish leather used for the precious books, as precious as the smiling welcome we receive in these places, where the décor prefers simplicity but privileges the taste and quality of the products. Pancake and galette lovers, you will appreciate both the setting and the cider!
