Restaurant with terrace at the end of the rue du Taur offering galettes and crêpes made from organic wheat.
Pastel and Buckwheat are located at the end of the Taur street, not far from Saint-Sernin Basilica. The decoration is fine and the terrace opens in front of the restaurant. The menu here, as you will have understood, includes patties made from Breton buckwheat and pancakes based on organic wheat. They are copious, tastier and original… You can discover the galette in Serrano, the goat… to accompany a cider bolée from Morbihan.

- la végétarienne : les légumes sont très bien cuisinés mais juste posés sur la galette qui est sèche (12,30 € avec le supplément chèvre)
- la galette à l'andouille : même principe, la garniture est en fait posée sur la galette, la sauce del'andouillette était semble-t-il grasse et les pommes rares... pour 14 € !
Pas eu envie goûter les crêpes dessert du coup.
Je m'attendais clairement à beaucoup mieux compte tenu de tous les avis.
