This small, rustic establishment has the smell of authenticity. From starters to desserts, everything is homemade by the chef and boss, according to the Cantal tradition. On the menu, bourriols with Auvergne, aligot, truffade with fresh cantal cheese, tripoux d'Auvergne... not forgetting the cold meats and cheeses, selected with the greatest care. Because the company is particularly concerned about the quality of its raw products, right down to the quality of its coffees! Keep at all costs a place for the dessert: the sweet chestnut is a total success, as for the iced nougat, it is incomparable. The drinks menu is very complete. A very good address.

The restaurant welcomes you all year round. Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays from 12:00 to 13:30 and from 19:30 to 21:30; Saturdays and Sundays from November to February from 19:30 to 21:30. Reservations recommended. Menu: approx. €25. Lunch menu: €17.50. Groups welcome (reservations required for 8 or more). Terrace. Reservations recommended.

Au Buron is a restaurant located in the heart of Toulouse, a stone's throw from the Capitole. Its chef, Ludovic Ceccato, invites you to sample tasty Auvergnat specialties such as aligot, truffade, bourriole... Craft beers made with organic Auvergne grains are available to accompany your dishes. And don't forget light Auvergnat sodas such as Auvergnat Colas, Auvergnat limonade, Auvergnat thé pêche... as well as a wide range of sodas from the Cantal region. For a sweet treat at the end of the meal, discover a selection of homemade desserts made by the chef, such as moelleux à la châtaigne (gluten-free), Flognarde aux pommes or fondant au chocolat.
