The Aubrac region is in the spotlight at this restaurant, which enjoys a solid reputation among Toulousans who love grilled meats. In a rustic setting that breathes an air of the countryside over the pink city, Aubrac invites you to discover authentic gastronomy. Here, the values of the terroir are upheld, combining the pursuit of quality with generous portions: charcuterie and cheeses are served as much as you like! We arrived and had 1h and 45 minutes to eat and leave, we spent around 45 min until we finished the starters and still had to wait 20 minutes more for our plates. If I had the menu and my partner wanted a plate, he had to eat while I had the starters, this was mandatory. The food was terrible with the exception of the starters. Really loud environment, could not hear my partner well. Basically, an overpriced rugby bar.
