African restaurant offering fritters, meat and fish
Mayombé is Toulouse's most famous African restaurant. Once through the door, you'll embark on a culinary and musical journey to the land of gazelles! Since 1985, many a Toulouse resident has fond memories of the restaurant's atmospheric evenings. On the menu: Sakasaka (Congo's national dish, fish cooked in cassava leaves), banana fritters, lightly spiced avocado-morrel mousse, gambas in gumbo sauce, or a Missionnaire, beef with eggplant... a pure delight! In the downstairs room, banquettes, small tables, disco balls and punch keep the party going to the tunes of rumba, salsa and zouk. We just love it!

Même pour payer, c'est à nouveau une longue attente. Il faut que je me lève pour aller me planter au milieu de la salle pendant plusieurs minutes pour que je puisse enfin payer. Le moment de partir sera finalement le meilleur de la soirée !
