In the city centre, the Ksar welcomes you in its cosy little room with comfortable benches, with its pretty Fez crockery. An atmosphere "like over there", where you are received with kindness and professionalism. A la carte, the classics: lamb or chicken tagines with aubergines, candied lemons or prunes; couscous with kefta, kefta, lamb, etc... It's hearty, it's tasty! And of course, to finish, the sweet assortment of dates, figs or orange blossom with a mint tea. We're going out full!
