CARSON CITY
An address offering a revisited Atlantic-inspired cuisine and a choice of meats.
The City version of Carson returns to Place Olivier - after the closure of Bistro Régent - opposite the address opened thirty-five years ago. Alongside Carson Ice Cream and Carson Sept-Deniers, this is American-style living. The decor is halfway between a saloon and a Route 66 diner! Wooden floors, jukeboxes and 100% US illuminated signs: you'll believe it! On the menu, hearty plates of Atlantic-inspired cuisine, sometimes revisited in Occitan style: breaded demi-coquelet, foie gras, bison entrecôte and chili con carne... The meat menu offers a wide choice. Generous mixed salads are also available. An address not to be missed!

The rudest waiter I've ever met.

I always come here for icecream but I finally dined in for a meal recently. To be honest the burgers were good but nothing fantastic. But love the fries and the quantity makes it very value for money. I've always liked their icecream so nothing to complain about their milkshakes either ????
Personnel très accueillant et au petit soin.
Ambiance et cadre au top ????!
Je recommande vivement :-)
