Address offering a spicy cuisine on the whole palette of the islands in the heart of the Indian Ocean.

In the district of Les Minimes, the Mascareignes invite us to discover the flavours of this archipelago nestled in the heart of the Indian Ocean and formed by Reunion Island, Mauritius and Rodrigues. In a decor of straw huts and madras fabrics, the spicy cuisine, but gently depending on the dish, offers the whole palette of tastes of the islands. Accras of cod, samoussas, creole blood sausage, massalé de cabri, gambas with vanilla sauce, colombo chicken, fish vindaï, sausage rougail or other curries... All dishes are served with rice and red beans. Do you salivate? On the dessert side, the cinnamon banana Tatin tart, generously drizzled with rum of course, wins our vote.
