All the dishes of the popular Middle Empire cuisine are on the menu of this newly established restaurant in Les Minimes. Au Vieux Pékin announces in Mandarin the traditional dishes which are also numbered... but don't worry, the translation in French allows you to find your way around. The house is famous for fresh noodles and pasta served in broth or sautéed in the wok and steamed or fried ravioli. The ingredients are fresh, spicy more or less!, but the intensity is indicated and the portions are very generous . The clientele is mostly Asian, which suggests that the authenticity of the recipes and the quality are well respected.

Bon restaurant. J'y suis allé avec une chinoise qui m'a indiqué que les plats servis sont des plats chinois authentiques. On y trouve aussi des boissons chinoises. J'ai bien apprécié l'ambiance avec des musiques chinoises et la possibilité de voir les cuistots à l'œuvre. Les prix sont relativement bas (maximum 18€ pour un plat à partager à 2). On peut même composer son wok pour 15€. Sinon je n'ai pas relevé de problème d'hygiène. Les toilettes sont propres.
Quelques conseils:
- les plats sont plutôt à partager car pour une personne la quantité est énorme
- il vaut mieux réserver pour ne pas se retrouver un peu exclu au fond du restaurant
