For the past 25 years, Kashmir has been taking you on a journey through the flavors of India, and more specifically northern India. A subtle blend of spices, herbs and aromatics for an exceptional culinary change of scenery, in a decor that's a tad overloaded with Bollywood flair. Traditional samosas, meat and vegetable puff pastries, go perfectly with Raita, fresh yoghurt with cucumber and fine herbs. You'll find all kinds of tandor dishes (chicken, fish, prawns...), the very popular Biryani with lamb or Madras chicken, rather spicy and tangy with lime juice. A tasty naan is also hard to resist!
