Good to know, they're often spiced up with... garlic, onion and chilli. Among the many delicacies on offer, try Bala-bala, spiced vegetable fritters that are tastefully presented and as tasty as can be, or Prekedel Jagung made with corn. The specialty remains the Nasi Goreng, fried rice with a variety of accompaniments, or its twin brother, the noodle-based Mie goreng. The dessert menu is more limited.
