MOTCHIYA
Japanese restaurant offering dishes of regional and organic products, fish near the rue de la Colombette.
Just steps from Rue de la Colombette, in Saint Aubin, a small Japanese restaurant opened its doors. Barely crossed the threshold of the door, the atmosphere apaiser the most hectic minds. Sitting in front of one counter, one can discover refined cuisine, a thousand parfumée and a taste. Here simplicity is synonymous with inventiveness. On the menu you are offered a dish of the day introduced by a soup, you eat fresh fish, of course, on Wednesday it is truite of trout accompanied by bay of currants, raspberries, anise, and secrets that have not been revealed to us. Most of the products are of the region and of biological origin. To conclude this culinary journey, delicate teas are on the map. The service is efficient and pleasant. Finally the possibility to take a lunch break that makes the time forget. Don't forget to book, tickets are expensive at Motchiya!

Le lieu est très petit (privilégier la réservation), mais le service de ventes à emporté est assuré.
Seul bémol : les prix sont assez élevés, mais yeux et estomac sont comblés !
