From the entrance you will be enchanted by the decoration of Hinodé. At first service, the dishes finish convincing us. There is a refined cuisine, beautifully presented. At Hinodé, there are great Japanese specialities: gyoza, sushi, yakitori, sashimi, maki… On your plate, you will find the teppanyaki beef on plaque, the homemade lamb pot, the small assortment of tempura… This is an unavoidable, dépaysante and authentic address. Although this place is very frequented the service remains fluid and efficient. All dishes are to be taken with a discount of 10%.
