Address in the Carmes district offering authentic tapas.
Chez Rosa sounds like an invitation to a friend's house. It almost is, as Rosa welcomes you with a smile and a charming Catalan accent. The address is a sure bet, and the place, stylishly but authentically decorated by Cécilia Febrer, is always full. Those who don't like to be squeezed in are advised to move on, as here you'll find a little slice of Barcelona offered to you by a woman who claims that everything you can find there, you can find here too. Including the decibels and the bell that tinkles with every tip!

I loved everything ???????? best bar experience in my whole life

A fun tapas bar in Carmela. Lots of young people having a fun evening. The music got louder as the evening went on and the bar tenders were handing out shots by the end! The tapas was good and reasonably priced for the area.
