Former bogeda in Toulouse offering colorful cocktails and tapas.

The oldest bodega in Toulouse raises the colours of Spain high. ¡Ole! Since 1984, she has been immersing us in the atmosphere of Madrid parties. On the programme, colourful cocktails and sangria accompanied by a range of tapas. Pan con tomato, patatas bravas, gambas à l'ajlla, chorizo a la plancha, boquerones y padrones (grilled anchovies and chilli peppers) The must: enjoy a serrano chiffonade served on planchettes at the counter. On the wall, wooden crates filled with wine bottles line the decor even more cava. But make no mistake about it, it is above all for its musicians and its wild evenings that the Tantina de Burgos has become a Toulouse legend!

Ayant rejoint tardivement des amis pour un repas de groupe et souhaitant juste prendre un verre, la serveuse m'oblige à commander un repas pour m'asseoir à la même table que mes amis. Une pratique illégale qui je le rappelle d'après le code de la consomation peut-être sanctionnée d'une amande.

Quelle ambiance dans ce resto. ! A la fin du repas , musique et danse dans tous les coins et meme sur les tables, ça ne désemplit pas surtout le week-end. A ne pas manquer meme si c'est un peu difficile de communiquer.

Very well for the atmosphere, but always crowded! The summer when Tantina stretches on the pavement. Ideal for an evening type- music!

Reserve! Hearty if meal in group. But the food as such is extraordinary and you can even say that it is expensive for what it is (no paella or tapas tasting menu are me gusto). However, a small aperitif improved tapas chosen before dance caliente on the bar... that it is the foot!
