Restaurant offering traditional Italian pizzas in the Bouquières district.
The Bouquières district, also known as the antique area, is an oasis in the middle of the city's tumult, made up of private hotels on both sides of narrow narrow streets. It was on one of his places that this curious hybrid was called Occitaly: a pizzeria, certainly, but with Occitan accents! In this small, engaging restaurant, you will be offered pizzas according to the pure Italian tradition (margherita, calzone, neapolitan…) but also the tolosa pizza, which is decorated with sausage from Toulouse, or the specialty of the house, the Occitaly pizza with duck magret, heater and cream. of truffle! Pizza paste is made home in the art rules. For more reasonable appetites, plates to share and salads are also offered.
