Italian restaurant offering a menu of market products, an assortment of cold cuts or mussels and meats.
If you are looking for the Italian restaurant in Toulouse, then take the direction of the Carmes district to join the refined and warm décor of the Albano Franchella Stivale! This transalpine chef, decorated with the award 'Ospitalità Italiana' awarded by the Italian Chamber of Commerce, proposes to savor perfumed preparations that will transport you to the Abruzzo. Don't look for pizza here! Heir to a family passion for the kitchen, Chef Franchella concocts his card every day from market products to make you discover the finesse of Italian culinary art. After an anchovy rocket, an assortment of meats or pepper mussels, garlic and parsley for your antipasti (hors d 'oeuvre used before a dish of pasta), choose from the primi piatti (hot inputs) of taglioni to the clams, tagliatelle to speck, gorgonzozoa nuts and nuts and dried chicken and tomatoes. Continue with a piatto (meat or fish) such as a lemon chicken stack or a calf filet at Parma ham, then conclude your ridges with ice cream, affogato or the mamma fire! Good trip!
