They will find here all the style and know-how of these establishments, with a major advantage: located at the entrance of the Pont Neuf, the Brasserie des Beaux-Arts offers a pleasant view overlooking the Garonne. Chandeliers, woodwork, velvet benches, soft music, the setting is cosy and warm. You will be welcomed in the proper manner, with a touch of relaxed Toulousian style. On the menu, the classics of the luxury brasserie: oysters and seafood, duck foie gras, Burgundy snails marinated in Chablis, fish specialities, quality meats, elaborate garnishes... belle variété de la carte avec les fruits de mer ou des menus excellents pour un rapport qualité prix remarquable. Il faut réserver en demandant éventuellement un coin tranquille
