We've already spoken enthusiastically about Bloomy, Toulouse's vegetarian bistro. Well, here's a new proposal, this time a street-food version to share, but still vegan! The aim is to break down prejudices: just because it's vegan doesn't mean it's tasteless! More and more of you are giving in to the temptation of less carnivorous food. So, this friendly address, opened on the Place Olivier in St-Cyprien, could seduce you with its originality. To get an idea, try the lunchtime menu with its kebab or burger. Or why not try a Lebanese salad? If you're going to try it, you might as well leave satisfied!

Un peu déçue finalement, j'en attendais plus pour un des seuls restaurants de "street food" vegan d'autant plus que les plats sont assez simples et plutôt chers.
