Historically, a chevillard was a butcher who worked in slaughterhouses on a wholesale or semi-wholesale basis. So you can be sure that our restaurateur friend respects the carnivorous tradition. Le Chevillard welcomes you in its brasserie-style dining room, or on its sheltered terrace. Big appetites, grab your forks! Plates are generously garnished, including salads. And what about the prime rib to share? It borders on the spectacular! Other variations rich in animal proteins include confit, magret and lamb chops. As for fish, it's not to be neglected: a panaché of marinated fish, salmon with dill or red mullet fillets. You'll be spoilt for choice.
