L'Entrecôte is no longer shows up. It has long since become a Toulouse institution, as evidenced by the impressive queue on the Boulevard de Strasbourg at mealtime. A signature in yellow that is easy to recognize for the sign that will soon be blowing out its sixty candles! As about the setting, it is in the picturesque setting of a brasserie with its walls covered in red and gold tartan. Served efficiently, it's better! All the more so as the menu is unique: walnut salad as a starter, beef and chips at will, accompanied by the famous sauce, whose manufacturing secret is jealously guarded, which is the secret of the house's success... Therestaurant is committed to the quality of its products, with ribeye prepared to order, served with sauce and unlimited fries .for dessert, l'Entrecôte offers a variety of choices:fruit refreshed with kirsch, homemade tarts , chocolate fondant, various sorbets and ice creams, a cheese platter, or fresh pineapple with maraschino.. He also offers his own Bordeaux de l'Entrecôte red wine and a Rosé de l'Entrecôte to accompany your meals.a gourmet address worth discovering!

C'est bon et peu onéreux, l'accueil et le service chaleureux, mais le restaurant est victime de son succès. Il n'accepte pas de réservation et vous faites donc la queue sur le trottoir à l'ouverture. Puis le service est expéditif, pour libérer la table au plus vite.

Le concept de l'entrée et plat unique est chouette! On ne perd pas de temps au moins.
